Amazing Beach and Friendly Staff
I recently stayed for 7 nights in a Junior Suite Ocean View, and I must say the beachfront views were stunning! The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Guillermo at the bar who made our evenings enjoyable with his great cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh fruits and baked goods, perfect for starting the day. some cocktails felt a bit watered down. Overall, it was a memorable vacation.

In my wife’s opinion, pool chair accessibility could be better for seniors and families. It was hard for the elderly to get up from the low seating after a long day at the beach.

In a Junior Suite for 5 nights, the combination of friendly staff and exceptional food made for a great experience. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety and the hand-cut steaks were a highlight. However, we encountered some pricing discrepancies with our all-inclusive charges and had issues with the Wi-Fi connection. Additionally, the reliance on personal transportation to reach certain areas was inconvenient.
